    Anjali Kapoor is Director of AI, Innovation and Growth at the BBC.In this position, she oversees the BBC’s AI adoption, leads its off-platform growth and focuses on optimizing BBC audiences and digital strategy for growth in the UK and globally.

    With over 20 years of experience working for global technology companies like Microsoft, Yahoo, and Meta, Anjali has driven digital transformation for major media companies, including Bloomberg Media and The Globe and Mail. She was most recently the Director for Media Partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region for Meta, where she partnered with media organizations to achieve their strategic business goals around audience and revenue growth. Before relocating in London in 2025, she has been based in Singapore and Hong Kong, working across Asia Pacific’s diverse markets to drive regional and global digital strategies.
