According to the Global Climate Risk Index, six Asian nations - Myanmar, Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam, and Thailand - rank among the world's most vulnerable countries to climate change. Southeast Asia in particular faces an escalating array of threats, including devastating droughts, cyclones, rising sea levels, floods, and landslides. Documenting how these disasters impact communities across an extraordinarily diverse and complex region is a particularly challenging endeavor.

This session brings together experienced climate reporters and editors who will showcase their latest work and share practical strategies for more effective climate reporting from these critical frontlines.
