      Mental health clicnics are one-on-one counselling sessions with a certified practician to help journalists who are emotionally suffering from occupational moral injuries. The sessions will be led by Kuma Chow, a former journalist and a certified mental health counsellor.

      Resume Doctor are a speed-consulting rounds where mentors sit down for 15 minutes with each applicant to discuss their resume, reel and next career goal. (Limited invidivual slots for both clinics will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

      Sessions are limited. Bookings for both 1:1 clinics series will be available via the RSVP form all N3Con registered participants will receive two weeks before the event.

      In this session, early career journalists will talk to students about working in the media. Students will have an opportunity to ask professionals for early career advice and hear more about what they do as reporters. Each of the three panellists will bring experiences in a specialised area.

      The speakers will discuss how to find ideas for articles and pitch the best stories, what makes a good article, think about visuals to complement writing, how to score internships at newsrooms, and how to find your beat as a young reporter
