    Dexter Chan founded Newsgraphy in 2023 as Malaysia’s first Mandarin data journalism platform, aiming to educate, engage and enrich readers by telling stories beyond numbers that matter. As a solo mediapreneur with nearly a decade of working experience in journalism, he handles every aspect of operation in Newsgraphy – from data mining to visualization, copywriting to design, website to social media. In 2022, Dexter was one of 35 global journalists selected to join the Entrepreneurial Journalism Creators Program (EJCP) at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at City University of New York (CUNY), United States.
