    Kuek Ser Kuang Keng is the data editor of the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting and the competition officer of the Sigma Awards. He is a digital journalist, data journalism trainer, and media consultant based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is also the founder of Data-N, a training program that helps newsrooms integrate data journalism into daily reporting.

      Unconference Session 2 : This session will consist of a roundtable, moderated conversation. Participants in N3Con 2023 are welcome to suggest tweaks to the session's topic and to contribute. The suggested conversation will be about how small newsrooms can produce investigative journalism, aiming for maximum impact through joint investigations and partnerships. Will a "decolonized journalism" approach encourage news media with an international footprint to work more closely with small, independent, local newsrooms?
