Keiko Morris is the director of journalism recruiting for The New York Times. She came to The New York Times in 2021. Before joining The Times she was at The Wall Street Journal, where she focused on recruiting, career development and newsroom culture. She was part of the WSJ team whose series on the enduring effects of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre was named a 2022 Pulitzer finalist. Prior to that, she was a commercial real estate reporter at The Journal. Keiko also has worked as a reporter at Newsday and The Seattle Times.
