    Regina Lay is concurrently Business News Editor/Host at Cignal, the Philippines’ leading cable channel, and Senior News Editor at PumaPodcast. She is also one of only 2 accredited Google News Initiative trainers in the country, as well as an at-large board member of the Asian American Journalists Association. She moved back to Manila in 2015 to anchor for and help set up the local Bloomberg TV affiliate.
