    Emmanuel Sérot, 58, is currently Security on the field and Safety Advisor within the AFP global editor in chief team. Journalist, he has been accredited to the Pentagon, then covered the Balkans, based in Vienna (Austria) before heading the Defense and Security issues at Agence France Presse in Paris. He has also been accredited to the French Presidency, the Elysee Palace. He is currently based in Paris. He is graduated from the Journalist Training Center (Centre de Formation des Journalistes) in Paris.

They're covering movements without clear leaders that are live-streamed 24/7, organized almost entirely online and which may turn violent in seconds. In this session, editors and reporters will share personal stories of adapting to this brave new world of conflict coverage.
