He is a recognized communications expert, global keynote speaker, and meeting facilitator.
In over 25 years as a professional journalist Glenn worked in print, radio, television and online news while based in the U.S., Europe, and Asia at CNBC Asia, CNN International, Hong Kong’s Wharf Cable Television, and NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corp.).
He is a past-President and member of both the Atlanta Press Club and Singapore Foreign Correspondents Association, a member of the Singapore Press Club, the Asian American Journalists Association, and Asia Professional Speakers Singapore.
A frequent TV, radio and podcast commentator on journalism and communication, Glenn has co-authored books such as “Happy Customers Everywhere” and “The American Journey in Singapore”, “Living in Singapore Reference Guide”, and others. He is the inaugural recipient of the East-West Center’s 21st Century Outstanding Service Award.
