Nicola Eliot is Director for BBC creative advertising team ‘BBC StoryWorks’ for Asia. She studied marketing and psychology from St Andrews and Edinburgh universities, and married her education with her love of content and production 12 years ago when she began connecting beautiful content with brand messaging, and understanding how to achieve the maximum value for the audience as well as the brand.
In her current role with BBC, Nicola leads the team in creating innovative and impactful solutions across TV, online and social platforms that empower brands to reach the right audience, with the right stories to achieve awareness and growth in the APAC region. The BBC StoryWorks team provides a full creative service, with end to end ideation, brand and growth strategy, production and campaign management. Nicola has created content for brands including Huawei, IBM, Standard Chartered, Alibaba, Cisco, and many government tourism and investment boards on campaigns across the globe, that have received awards nominations in the US and Asia.
